Shipping Time:

Priority mail normally takes 2 to 3 days.

Preparation time:

All items are made to order and are normally ready for shipping in 1 to 3 days.

Notifications:

You will be notified by e-mail when we have received your payment and you will also be notified via e-mail when your items are shipped.

Returns:
Since all of our items are made to order we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.
We do not accept returns on custom framed items.
Please notify us via e-mail of any damaged items within 3 days of receipt.

Please keep all packaging with damaged items as all packages will be insured.
